HIPPA COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
HIPPA (Health Insurance Privacy and Portability Act) requires compliance checks for training sales representatives, personnel in customer relations, and a compliance program to all healthcare site customers. In addition, a privacy notice is required (as of April 2003) for all customers who purchase medical devices, wound care products, and medical supplies from manufacturers. This requirement is in place for any health care related information.
Our personnel are experts in HIPPA compliance issues and work with the regulations on a daily basis. We have the capabilities to create a compliance program for sales representatives, customer relations personnel, and a privacy notice for customers.
